All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Please note:

We ship internationally.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).

Tracking updates depend on the carrier.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

Avocadiction is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to inaccurate address information

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

Avocadiction is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered

  • Stolen packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim and may offer a replacement depending on the carrier’s investigation.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • The damaged product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.
