1. Eligibility for Returns
Because our products are food items, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
The product arrived damaged
The product arrived defective
The product received is incorrect
The product was never delivered
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened packages
Used products
Products damaged after delivery
Products returned without prior approval
2. Time Window for Return Requests
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.
After 14 days, we cannot guarantee eligibility.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
A brief explanation of the issue
We will review your request and respond with instructions.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will:
Replace the item free of charge, or
Issue a full refund, depending on your preference
We may request photos or videos as proof.
5. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Perishable food products once opened
Items damaged due to misuse
Items returned without authorization
Items returned after 14 days
6. Refunds
Once your return is approved:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
Shipping fees are non‑refundable, unless the error was ours
If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider first.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit (never delivered), we will assist you in filing a claim and may issue a replacement or refund depending on the carrier’s investigation.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to the nature of our products. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it.
